No. You have to register and swap it online first on the website printed on the gift card itself (i.e. www.lifestyleultimate.co.uk, www.lifestyleeatgift.co.uk, www.lifestylehomegift.co.uk, www.lifestylefashiongift.co.uk et al.). Select Spend my gift card and follow the instructions.
