I haven’t yet received my gift card/e-gift card from the retailer that I chose to swap my Lifestyle Voucher for.
Retailers’ gift cards/e-gift cards are either sent by email or post. If it’s sent by email please ensure to check your spam folder and the email address registered to your Lifestyle account (see My Details in My Account). Gift Cards sent by post can take up to seven working days. The exact timings are stated within each retailer’s Important Information section.
